Biography

Professor Douglas Noble, Ph.D., FAIA, is currently Chair of the Ph.D. program in Architecture at the University of Southern California. He is the Discipline Head for Building Science. He is a practicing architect and has served as a consultant to a number of firms. He is the author of several books, including “Building Information Modeling: BIM in Current and Future Practice.” His interests are in the areas of computer-supported design and the science of design. He served as Associate Dean from 2007-2009.  With Karen Kensek, he hosts the FACADE TECTONICS conferences.
