Alberto is Principal Façade Engineer at Mott MacDonald - Sydney - where he operates in the field of engineering sciences and sustainability. He has extensive international experience in the design, optimisation, and construction of high-performance building envelopes. Alberto is also engaged in teaching and research activities with the University of Sydney, where he is a guest lecturer in architectural technology for the Master of Architecture.
Alberto contributed to a number of scientific publications in the field of façade and building physics. He contributed as co-author to the book 'Moisture and Buildings" and as co-editor and author to the book 'Rethinking Building Skins', both published by Elsevier in 2021/2022.
