Roschmann USA names Dirk Schulte as new President & CEO
Roschmann Steel & Glass Constructions, a member of Roschmann Group, has named Dirk Schulte as its new President and CEO of Roschmann’s North American Operation.
In this role, the company expands Schulte’s responsibilities to lead its executive management team, commercial Sales and Project Contract Operations as well as strategic Business Development throughout the United States and Canada. Upon starting at Roschmann in early 2019, Dirk served two years as Pre- Construction Executive before joining the companies board of Directors as Director of Sales in late 2020.

Roschmann Steel and Glass Constructions is the North American extension of Germany’s Roschmann Group, one of the leading global fabricators and installers of high-quality custom engineered architectural envelope systems. Before joining Roschmann, Schulte served 2 years as Vice President of North America at Tianjin NorthGlass (TNG), a member of NorthGlass group. Prior to that, Schulte was Vice President of Business Development, Sales and Engineering at APG International, a leading façade contractor in the North-East of the U.S. and Managing Director of APG’s Middle Eastern operation in Dubai for over 8 years. Before APG, Schulte was Global Business Development Manager for Structural Glass & Facades at DORMA for more than 10 years.
Dirk is a Civil Engineer by trade, personal member of the Association of German Professional Engineers
and a founding member of the Façade Tectonics Institute. In addition, Schulte frequently contributes his
expertise to the industry through a broad range of global publications since 2004.
